You must only submit work to warmtoastcafe.com to which you are the sole artist and author of. You are forbidden to post any images (or text) unless you own the copyright to them. We have designed the website to showcase the artwork of individuals and will not accept 3rd party content of which you may or may not have written permission of the original copyright owner.

The website is not designed or intended to be used as a disaster recovery facility or as an emergency data storage facility. Although warmtoastcafe.com takes what we believe to be reasonable precautions to preserve and protect the material you upload to the website, you should not rely on the website as your only storage facility. You should preserve copies of your images, and backup copies of any digital data or information that you have uploaded.

Any contacts or sales you make through your website belong solely to you. Warmtoastcafe.com asks for no commissions or additional fees. You promote your artwork on warmtoastcafe.com and we can bring additional traffic to your personal website if you have one. We give you the tools to promote your work - how you sell, and for how much, is entirely up to you.

You will need a valid email address to become a member of warmtoastcafe and for receiving information regarding your account. If at any time you change your email address then please be polite and notify us - if we can't get in touch with you because your email address is invaild, we may have to close down your account.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

Such revisions and additions shall be effective immediately upon notice, which may be given by any means, including but not limited to posting the revised or additional terms and conditions on this website.
